How do you like your corn chips?

....in a Walking Taco!!

Seems the sight of Doritos Corn Chips nestled amongst the grated cheese and mince in the freezer section at local supermarkets in the US recently had customers mighty confused.  Turns out it wasn't a case of concern for the cheese component of the corn chips but rather a promotion by Target for Walking Tacos.

So what's a Walking Taco??  Not exactly a common item on the fast food menu down here in Oz so I consulted my best mate Google and discovered that it is essentially a rather delicious sounding concoction of many of the items found in a traditional taco - shredded lettuce, onion, grated cheese, diced tomato, chick peas etc (your imagination is the only limit it seems) chucked into an open corn chip bag whilst the corn chips are still in residence.  Mix, season to taste and eat straight from the bag with a fork.  Something I will definitely HAVE to try.
